About me

My name is James Karoki, I go by Jay Scribe for my creative work. I'm a videographer, editor, and storyteller focused on turning raw moments into impactful visuals.

I began my creative journey as an audio engineer, eventually shifting into visual storytelling through an internship with New Mexico United. Over nearly four years with the club, I moved up the ranks and shot everything from sideline action to community events and sponsor commercials. Along the way, I learned how to move fast, capture what matters, and craft content that connects.

Outside of work, you’ll find me making music, diving into DIY projects, or giving back to my community whenever I can.
